Wintersun continue to tease their upcoming new album, The Forest Seasons, and now fans have the chance to hear the first sounds of the new offering. A guitar playthrough clip for the new tune “Awaken From The Dark Slumber (Spring)”, and album opener, has been launched and you can watch guitarist Teemu Mäntysaari playing along to a section of the track over on YouTube.

The Finnish epic metallers are set to unleash their long-awaited third studio album, The Forest Seasons, on July 21st through Nuclear Blast. Additionally, the live album Wintersun live at Tuska Festival 2013 will be released on vinyl on the same day.
