Nukem  is a Thrash metal trio from San Diego, California, that delivers an honest, old school thrash attack. Formed in 2012, Nukem has been hitting it hard while opening for metal giants such as Kreator, Death Angel, Saxon, Soulfly, Metal Church, Voivod, Marty Friedman & LeatherWolf, as well as promising up and comers like Havok, King Parrot & Green Death.Â
Thrash Metal themes though is strong in the way that the band crafts its sound since they mix their melodic Speed  metal riffs  influences with strong Thrash elements that mostly have a oldschool origin , but the most important thing is that their compositions sound fresh and make you want to listen to them again and again. Another thing that makes them stand out is the poiwerfull melodies they create and the good balance they keep betweenThrash metal and their own musicale touches . So their sound is characterized by melodies that stick into your mind and mid-tempo compositions that sometimes flirt with the true Thrash metal wich the Thrasmaniacs looking for always .  In their new album The Unholy Trinity  all these elements that made me like Nukem are here present too, but in my opinion the band here emphasizes a bit more on the Heavy Metal sound but this might be a matter of opinion , without forget the covers , the band shower a very big talent and good playing a covers like T.V. Crimes (Black Sabbath cover) .
So, my friends if you are into bands like Dark Angel and Accept new one and generally you love to listen to Thrash metal with much powerfull and brutal sounds , then this is a release that you will feel glad to check out…
